Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Linker or Pro-Linker account, or by playing a round through the Linkers platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide an accurate, working email address. Your display name does not need to match your legal name.
• Guest play (Lightning Round) requires no account and no email. An account is only created when an email address is provided at signup, or attached later through the “claim your rounds” process.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create a Linker account.

3. No Impersonation

You may not use Linkers to impersonate a specific real person you are not, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person, club, or organization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account used this way.

4. Handicap Disclaimer

Handicap indexes shown in Linkers (Legacy AGS, Senior AGS, AGS Trend, 9-Hole League) are calculated for informational and social purposes only. They are not official USGA/WHS handicaps and should not be relied upon for handicap purposes in sanctioned competition unless your home club independently certifies them.

5. Pro-Linker Subscription

• Pro-Linker is a paid subscription at $4.99 / 90 Day renewal. Coming soon.

6. User Content

• Course ratings, comments, and messages are your own statements, not Linkers’. We do not verify their accuracy.
• We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content or suspend any account for abuse, harassment, spam, or violation of these Terms.

7. Conduct

No harassment, threats, or abusive messaging toward other Linkers. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Linkers is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free scoring, or that any feature will remain available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

NJ New Jersey.... American Golf System since 1996, Manasquan NJ.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
